Customer Portal
Our customer portal is a secure online web page that allows you to review your balance, make one-time payments, and create scheduled payments. You can easily locate your account using your account ID or social security number (SSN). We support a wide variety of payment methods such as debit and credit cards, PayPal, and ACH payments. The external payment portal is accessible from a desktop, tablet, or mobile device.
Payment Link
Personalized payment links are the simplest way to make payments. You are guaranteed total security in the transaction because we do not ask for any sensitive information: your account is located automatically. You can receive a payment link via SMS, email, or both.
SMS
The payment link will take you to the online payment portal, where you can check your balance and make a payment. Using the payment link, you can initiate a single payment or schedule payments.
Step 1. Click on the payment link that was sent via SMS.
Step 2. Review the contact information, and click 'Next' to proceed.
Step 3. Enter the payment amount and select your preferred payment method. Schedule payment(s) as needed.
Step 4. Carefully check the payment information and click 'Confirm'.
Step 5. Accept the payment agreement. You will see a confirmation window if your payment has been received or scheduled successfully.
You can also receive a personalized payment link via email.
Step 1. Click 'Make a Payment' to proceed to the payment portal.
Step 2. Review your contact information to verify accuracy and click 'Next'. The contact verification step is optional and can be enabled/disabled as needed.
Step 3. Select the offer, if applicable, or skip to the next step. The Virtual Collection step is optional and can be enabled/disabled as needed.
Please Note: Customers can skip virtual collection only if the 'Allow Skip Offer' setting is ON.
Step 4. Enter the payment amount and choose your preferred payment method. Rest assured that your payment method details will be securely stored, ensuring convenient and seamless use for future payments. Schedule payments as per your requirements.
Please Note: schedule payment option is available only if no settlement offer has been selected and the 'Schedule Payment' setting is ON.
Step 5. Carefully check the input information and click 'Confirm'.
Step 6. Accept the payment agreement. You will see a confirmation window if your payment has been received or scheduled successfully. From this page, you can email and/or print a receipt.

Payment Plan Offer
Once the payment plan has been created, you will receive the payment plan agreement offer to sign. You will receive the offer via email, SMS, or both.
Step 1. Click on 'Complete Payment Agreement'.
Step 2. Review the payment plan details and click on 'Get Started'.
Step 3. Select your preferred payment method and enter the payment details.
Step 4. Accept the payment agreement by signing the Terms and Conditions/Authorization.
Step 5. Select the signature option.
You will see a confirmation page if your payment plan agreement has been completed successfully.
Once you have completed the payment plan agreement, you will receive an email notification that a payment plan agreement has been completed successfully, a copy of the payment schedule, and a payment authorization agreement:
After each payment transaction has been completed automatically, you will receive the payment receipt via email. The status of each payment indicates the following:
- Paid: The payment was successfully processed.
- Pending: The payment has not yet been processed.
- Declined: The payment failed.
Payment Reminder (Optional)
You may also receive payment plan offer expiration reminders - you will get up to three reminder alerts before your payment plan offer expires.
Offer Expiration (Optional)
In case you did not complete the payment plan offer within the time limit, you will be notified that the offer has expired and the link is inactive now.
Payment Plan Cancelation
If your payment plan has been canceled, you will be notified about the cancelation via email. Any remaining scheduled payments will no longer be debited to your account.
