SMS Billing
The SMS Billing Report catalogs the total cost of text messaging for a defined date range.
You can view the number of sent and received messages and your total usage cost across all your campaigns or for specific campaigns.
Report Highlights
The report highlights provide important insights based on your search criteria.
- Total Amount: The total amount spent on SMS.
- Total SMS: The total number of sent SMS.
- Popular Template: SMS template that was used the most frequently.
- Avg. Cost: The total cost divided by the total number of SMS.
Please note: The character limit for a single SMS is 160 characters. DCDial charges per message, not per SMS. For example, if you send a message with 200 characters to a US mobile number, you will be charged for two SMS messages.
Input Field
The following input fields are available to customize your report.
- Click this icon to generate the report.
- Click this icon to export the report in Excel, CSV or PDF format.
- SMS Template: Search by SMS template.
- Campaign: Search by campaign.
- X-Axis: Select a value on which the X-axis will be based.
- Group by: Select how to group your values.
- Date Range: Click on the icon to select the desired date range. Click on 'Apply' to save the date range selected.
SMS Billing Results
- Click on the icon to change the chart view.
- Click on the icon to export the graph in PDF format.
- Template Stats:
- Sent SMS: The total number of sent SMS per template.
- Failed SMS: The total number of failed SMS per template.
- Cost: The total amount charged for SMS per template.
- SMS Count: The total number of failed, sent, and received SMS per template.
- Campaign Stats:
- Sent SMS: The total number of sent SMS per campaign.
- Failed SMS: The total number of failed SMS per campaign.
- Cost: The total amount charged for SMS per campaign.
- SMS Count: The total number of failed, sent, and received SMS per campaign.
- List Stats:
- Sent SMS: The total number of sent SMS per list.
- Failed SMS: The total number of failed SMS per list.
- Cost: The total amount charged for SMS per list.
- SMS Count: The total number of failed, sent, and received SMS per list.
