This tab provides a general view of your subscription details and usage. It is important to know your billing cycle end date as your subscription plan credit expires at the end of each billing cycle.

The ability to monitor and manage the cost of communications is essential to obtaining the right balance between expenditures and the business benefits they provide. DCDial offers you great flexibility and transparency when purchasing a plan, adding additional credit, and throughout the billing process. Add funds, make payments, and purchase new DIDs easily at any time through our billing section!

You can view your balance and detailed usage on the "Plan Usage" page.

Credits are automatically replenished on the first day of your billing cycle once your subscription payment is successfully processed. Additional credit may be purchased at any time. Usage charges will be deducted directly from your available credit balance. Note: Any remaining credit from the last billing cycle expires when your plan renews. Credit that was purchased outside of your subscription plan never expires.

  • Minutes & Texts Usage: The total combined usage for the current billing cycle is visible in the upper right-hand corner. The usage counter only reflects the current billing cycle and will reset on the first day of the following billing cycle.

  • Last Invoice: The amount of the last invoice will be displayed here. Subscription invoices are generated at the end of the billing cycle. Click "View past bills" to see your previous invoices.
  • Last Payment: The last payment made on your account for subscription renewal, additional credit, or purchased numbers will be displayed here. Click on the "View receipt" for detailed information.
  • Current Bill: Any outstanding account balance will be shown here. Since DCDial is a pre-paid service, you will only see a balance if your plan subscription or number rental payment fails.

Below, you will see the information about your current plan, usage type (calls/texts), and total amount used. From this section, you can also change your plan, add funds to your account credit, and view detailed information on your plan usage.

Changing your plan

You can modify your plan at any time using the 'Change Plan' link.

If you decide to upgrade, you can select whether to upgrade your plan immediately or wait until the new billing cycle starts. If you decide to upgrade at the end of your current cycle, the new rates will not take effect until the plan is changed. If you upgrade immediately, the new plan rates will take effect immediately. Please note that any credit from your previous or current plan will still expire at the end of your current billing cycle.

If you choose to downgrade your plan, it will automatically take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Until then, you will continue to be billed at your current plan rate.

Plan changes that take effect at the end of the billing cycle with be added to your Order page as a ‘Pending’ order and will update once the plan change is complete. If you have a pending plan change, an ‘i’ icon will appear next to your billing cycle dates letting you know of pending plan changes.

At the bottom of the Plan Usage section, you will see the information about the phone numbers you currently have, their type (local or toll-free), and the total cost. You can also Add phone numbers here.
