Blocked Lists
The 'Blocked List' feature allows you to block certain phone numbers from calling your company numbers (DIDs).
This feature is designed to protect your agents from unwanted or harassing calls. When you add a number to the blocked list, any incoming calls from that number will be automatically blocked, ensuring they do not reach your agents.
Please note: This feature only works if your company numbers (DIDs) were purchased directly from DCDial and does not apply to company numbers purchased through other providers.
- Actions
- View Activity Log: Click the icon to view a summary of events. Learn More About the Activity Log.
- Modify: Click the icon to modify the entry.
- Delete: Click the icon to delete the entry. A confirmation screen will appear to confirm the deletion.
Click on the 'Add Blocked Number' button on the top right to add a phone number. Complete the required fields in the pop-up window and click ‘Create’ to proceed. You will see a confirmation once the number is added successfully.
