Inbound DID Report
Inbound DID Report provides statistics of the inbound calls made to your DIDs purchased through DCDial during a selected time range.
Generate reports for individual DIDs or check the accumulated statistics for all of your DIDs at once. Use this report to identify the DIDs and destinations that receive the most calls, so you can allocate your agents accordingly.
REPORT HIGHLIGHTS
The report highlights provide important insights based on your search criteria.
- Total Calls: The total number of calls made to DID(s).
- Total Time: The total call duration.
- Popular DID: DID that received the most calls.
- Popular Route: DID destination that received the most calls.
INPUT FIELD
The following input fields are available to customize your report.
- Click this icon to generate the report.
- Click this icon to export the report in Excel, CSV or PDF format.
- DID: Search by DID.
- X-Axis: Select a value on which the X-axis will be based.
- Y-Axis: Select a value on which the Y-axis will be based.
- Group by: Select how to group your values.
- DID Route: Search by DID destination.
- Date Range: Click on the Calendar icon to select the desired date range. Click on 'Apply' to save the date range selected.
INBOUND DID RESULTS
- Click this icon to generate the report.
- Click on the icon to export the graph in PDF format.
- DID Stats:
- Total Calls: The total number of calls made to DID.
- Calls (%): The percent distribution of calls among DIDs.
- Destination Stats:
- Destination: DID route assigned to the DID Manager. There are seven possible DID destinations: Agent, External, IVR, Queue, Voicemail, Hangup, or Terminate.
- Total Calls: The total number of calls per destination.
- Calls (%): The percent distribution of calls among DID destinations.
