Payment IVR Report

The Payment IVR Report provides metrics on inbound and outbound calls that passed through any payment IVR over a given date range.

Use this report to monitor and compare the payment amounts collected from your outbound campaigns and inbound calls to determine the effectiveness of each payment collection method.


REPORT HIGHLIGHTS


The report highlights provide important insights based on your search criteria. 

  • Total Amount: The total amount paid using the payment IVR(s).
  • Total Calls: The total number of calls made to the payment IVR(s).
  • Most Used DID: Phone number (DID) that was used the most for inbound payments.
  • Campaign: Campaign with the highest number of payment IVR calls. 

INPUT FIELD


The following input fields are available to customize your report.

    • Click this icon to generate the report.
    • Click this icon to export the report in Excel, CSV, or PDF format.


  • Campaign: Search by campaign.
  • IVR Type: Search by payment IVR type.
  • X-Axis: Select a value on which the X-axis will be based.
  • Y-Axis: Select a value on which the Y-axis will be based.
  • Group by: Select how to group your values.
  • Date Range: Click on the icon to select the desired date range. Click on 'Apply' to save the date range selected. 

PAYMENT IVR RESULTS

    • Click on the icon to change the chart view.
    • Click on the icon to export the graph in PDF format.


  • Campaign Stats:
    • Total Amount: The total amount paid by leads via payment IVR per campaign.
    • Amount (%): The percent distribution of payments made using the payment IVR among campaigns.
