SMS Conversation Report
When running an SMS Broadcast campaign, DCDial allows for two-way messaging between you and your leads.
You can view and download their responses individually by clicking on the icon in the System Notifications Bar, or download multiple conversations using the SMS Conversation Report.
INPUT FIELD
The following input fields are available to customize your report.
- Message Type: Search by message type.
- Campaign: Search by the campaign.
- File Delimiter: Select the file delimiter to properly separate the data items in the exported file.
- Order By: Select how to group your values.
- Date Range: Click on the icon to select the desired date range. Click on 'Apply' to save the date range selected.
REPORT REQUESTS
After clicking on 'Export' button, the system will proceed to generate the report in CSV format. You can see the status of the report requests below the input fields.
- Queued: Report is still generating and cannot be downloaded yet.
- Completed: Report has been successfully generated and can be downloaded now. Click on under 'Actions' to download the report.
Please note: You can only request up to five reports at a time. If there are already five requests queued, you need to wait until they are all completed to request more.
