SMS Survey Report
SMS Survey Report page displays the survey responses for an SMS campaign that were included in a survey questionnaire for the specific SMS template and campaign that you choose.
View the summary of all responses or search for individual ones depending on your need.
REPORT HIGHLIGHTS
The report highlights provide important insights based on your search criteria.
- Total Res.: The total number of survey responses.
- Delivered SMS: The total number of delivered SMS.
- Failed SMS: The total number of failed SMS.
- Response Percentage: The survey response rate is calculated in percentages.
INPUT FIELD

- Click this icon to generate the report.
- Click this icon to export the report in Excel, CSV, or PDF format.
- SMS Template: Search by SMS template.
- Campaign: Search by the campaign.
- Date Range: Click on the icon to select the desired date range. Click on 'Apply' to save the date range selected.
