Time Zone Strategy
The Time Zone Strategy allows you to define independent calling strategies for each time zone.
You can enable dialing for specific time zones only, assign different contact schedules for each, and allow only specific phone types to be dialed.
- Actions
- Associations: Hover over the icon to see the campaigns using the strategy.
- Active: The strategy is active. Click on the icon to deactivate the strategy.
- Inactive: The strategy is inactive. Click on the icon to activate the strategy.
- View Activity Log: Click the icon to view a summary of events. Learn More About the Activity Log.
- Modify: Click on the icon to modify the strategy. Learn More About Modifying Time Zone Strategy.
- Delete: Click on the icon to delete the strategy. A confirmation screen will appear to confirm the deletion.
CREATE TIME ZONE STRATEGY
STEP 1. Click on the 'Create Time Zone Strategy' button on the top right to create a new strategy. Complete the required fields in the pop-up window and click on 'Create' to proceed. You will see a confirmation once the Time Zone Strategy has been created successfully and you will be redirected to the strategy details page to complete the setup process.

STEP 2. Configure the Time Zone Strategy settings on the strategy details page. When done, click on ‘Submit’ to save your changes.
- Time Zone
The time zone is included in this strategy. You can add or delete a time zone by clicking on the icons.
- Contact Schedule
Select the Contact Schedule you would like to assign to the time zone.
- Allowed Phone Types
Check the box to define the phone types that the system can dial for this time zone.

- Campaigns
Campaigns that use the Time Zone Strategy.
MODIFY TIME ZONE STRATEGY
Click on the icon to Modify the Time Zone Strategy.
