Compliance Overview

The compliance overview map provides a visual representation of your campaign strategies and settings by state.

You can easily identify states where dialing is enabled and review all your compliance settings in one place.

The color of the state indicates the following:


  • image2019-1-17 14_10_7 Green: There are no impediments to calling the state. All strategy settings are set up for dialing and there are leads available.
  • 74E6CFB6-D01E-4E12-B2B1-6927E29CAE44_4_5005_c Yellow: All strategy settings are set up for dialing but there are no leads available.
  • image2019-1-17 14_10_35 Red: At least one setting/module is blocking the state or the lead from being dialed. Hover your mouse pointer over to get an overview of any impediments to calling the state.


The color of the tooltip icon indicates the following:


  • BA6AEF6A-4075-4ECE-90AF-5F90C86EF040_4_5005_c Green: The value is enabled.
  • 70CB4554-9C0E-4500-80EB-6ED815F1A151_4_5005_c Red: The value is disabled and prevents the state or the number from dialing.
  • DA3525FF-AED4-4429-9EAB-30DA8058F1E3_4_5005_c Grey with green outline: The value is enabled but does not directly affect dialing.
  • 87597DA5-4777-4803-962F-F653D5E6D4B5_4_5005_c Grey with red outline: The value is disabled but does not directly affect dialing.

Campaign Name

To see the Dialing Status for a specific campaign, go to the ‘Campaign Name’ window.


  • Select the campaign you want to review from the drop-down menu.
  • Refer to the map and click on any state to view the dialing status of the state. On the right, you will see some details that will help you determine what exactly is preventing leads from being dialed.
  • Access additional information by hovering over the icons under both Module and Setting tabs.


For each state, you can see the current local time and allowed contact time.

Module

You can access additional information under the Module tab. To view detailed settings information, hover over the , , or icon. 

Please note: If at least one of the settings displayed in the hover-over tooltip prevents the state from dialing, the system field will be marked as.

Campaign Settings: This field displays the Campaign settings that affect dialing. Hover over the icon to view the assigned Contact Schedule and whether the Leave Message option is available. The tooltip title indicates the name of the selected campaign.


  • Contact Schedule: A time frame that indicates the dialable time for contacting your leads.
  • Leave Message: Allows users to automatically leave a voicemail message when an answering machine is detected if enabled. If disabled, the Leave Message option is not supported. This feature does not affect the dialing status.


  • Call Status Strategy: This field displays which Call Status Strategy is currently assigned to the selected state. Hover over the icon to see the name of the Call Status Strategy applied.


  • Dialable Statuses: The number of statuses marked as 'Dialable'.


State Dialing Strategy: This field displays which State Dialing Strategy is currently assigned to the selected state. Hover over the icon to see the name of the State Dialing Strategy applied.


  • State Enabled: Dialing for a specific state is enabled or disabled.
  • Contact Schedule: A time frame that indicates the dialable time for contacting your leads.
  • Phone Types: Enabled phone types per selected state.
  • Leave Message: Allows users to automatically leave a voicemail message when an answering machine is detected, if enabled. If disabled, the Leave Message option is not supported. This feature does not affect the dialing status.


Timezone Strategy: This field displays which Time Zone Strategy is currently assigned to the selected state. Hover over the icon to see the name of the Time Zone Strategy applied.


  • Time Zone Enabled: Dialing for a specific time zone is enabled or disabled.
  • Contact Schedule: A time frame that indicates the dialable time for contacting your leads.
  • Phone Types: Enabled phone types per time zone.


Lead Filter Strategy: This field displays which Lead Filter Strategy is currently assigned to the selected state. Hover over the icon to see the name of the Lead Filter Strategy applied.


  • Criteria Met: Leads in the selected state match the assigned lead filter criteria.
  • Criteria Not Met: Leads in the selected state do not match the assigned lead filter criteria.


Account Call Limit: This field displays the Account Call Limit settings and status. Hover over the icon to see the Account Call Limit applied.


Call Limit Applied: The number of times a lead will be contacted on a daily or weekly basis is limited.

  • No Call Limit Applied: There is no limitation for contacting a lead.


DNC: This field displays campaign DNC settings. Hover over the icon to see the name of the DNC list.


  • System DNC: The DNC list that applies to all campaigns in the system is ON or OFF .
  • Campaign DNC: The DNC list that applies only to a specific campaign is ON or OFF .

Setting


You can access some additional information under the Setting tab. To view detailed settings information, hover over the , , or icon.

Please note: If at least one of the settings displayed in the hover-over tooltip prevents the state from dialing, the system field will be marked as.

Contact Schedule: Provides an overview of the allowed contact time in each state based on the strategy settings.


  • Allowed Contact Time: An 'intersection' that indicates the dialable time frame for contacting your leads based on all settings.
  • Campaign Settings: The dialable time frame for contacting your leads.
  • State Strategy: Hover over the icon to see the name of the State Dialing Strategy applied.
    • Contact Schedule: The dialable time frame for contacting your leads.
    • State Enabled: Dialing for a specific state is enabled or disabled.


Timezone Strategy: Hover over the icon to see the name of the Time Zone Strategy applied.


  • Contact Schedule: The dialable time frame for contacting your leads.
  • Time Zone Enabled: Dialing for a specific time zone is enabled or disabled.


Lead Settings: Provides an overview of the lead settings in each state.


  • Call Status Strategy: Hover over the icon to see the name of the Call Status Strategy applied.


    • Dialable Statuses: The number of statuses marked as 'Dialable'.


  • Lead Filter Strategy: Hover over the icon to see the name of the Lead Filter Strategy applied.


  • Criteria Met: Leads in the selected state match the assigned lead filter criteria.
  • Criteria Not Met: Leads in the selected state do not match the assigned lead filter criteria.


Account Call Limit: If the Account Call Limit is applied, the number of times a lead will be contacted on a daily or weekly basis is restricted. Hover over the icon to see the name of the Account Call Limit.


    • No Call Limit Applied: There is no limitation on contacting a lead.


  • Phone Types: Provides a detailed overview of all phone types that are not restricted from dialing leads.
  • Allowed Phone Types: Enabled phone types per selected state.
  • State Strategy: Enabled phone types per state strategy. The tooltip heading indicates the name of the State Dialing Strategy applied.
    • Phone Types: The list of enabled phone types.


  • Timezone Strategy: The tooltip heading indicates the name of the Time Zone Strategy applied.


  • Phone Types: The list of enabled phone types.


DNC: Displays campaign DNC settings.


  • System DNC: The DNC list that applies to all campaigns in the system is ON or OFF .
  • Campaign DNC: The DNC list that applies only to a specific campaign is ON or OFF .

Phone Number

To analyze the Call Status of the specific phone number, go to the ‘Phone Number’ tab, type in the phone number, and review the settings. 

Module


Call Status Strategy: This field displays which Call Status Strategy is currently associated with the selected phone number. Tooltip title indicates the name of the lead status.


  • Lead Status: Each lead status has certain flags that can be configured under System Statuses.


- Dialing is disabled based on the lead status.

- Dialing is enabled based on the lead status.


  • Recycled: Re-dialing is enabled or disabled.


DNC: Displays DNC settings applied to the selected phone number.


  • System DNC:

Setting

Lead Settings: Provides an overview of the lead settings per phone number.

Call Status Strategy: Tooltip title indicates the name of the Call Status Strategy.


  • Lead Status: Each lead status has certain flags that can be configured under System Statuses.


- Dialing is disabled based on the lead status.

- Dialing is enabled based on the lead status.


    • Recycled: Re-dialing is enabled or disabled .


  • Lead Filter Strategy: The tooltip heading indicates the name of the Lead Filter Strategy associated with the phone number.


    • Criteria Met: Lead matches the assigned lead filter criteria.

    • Call Limit Applied: The number of times a lead will be contacted on a daily or weekly basis, is limited.

No Call Limit Applied: There is no limitation for contacting a lead.

DNC: Displays DNC settings applied to the selected phone number.


  • System DNC:
