DCDial strongly recommends our users familiarize themselves with these regulations before using our products.

DNC numbers can be added to a general System List that will prevent the number from being dialed by any campaign. You may also add a number to a campaign-specific list that will only impact a specific campaign.

• Phone Number: The phone number is included in the DNC list.
• Account id: The account id number
• Name: The name of the account
• DNC List: Indicates the type of DNC list where the number is included. It can be either the System list that impacts all your campaigns or a campaign-specific list.
• Date: Date to select
• Action: You can delete the number from the DNC list by clicking on .

Add DNC

To manually add a number to the DNC, click on the 'Add DNC' button. Select the DNC list from the drop-down menu. Enter the phone number(s) you would like to add to the list. If you have multiple phone numbers, make sure to separate them with a comma. When done, click on 'Add'. You will see a confirmation message that contains the following information:

• Duplicate Record Found
• Record Added Successfully
• Invalid Record Found

Download DNC List

To download a list with the DNC phone numbers, click on ‘Download DNC List.'

You will be redirected to the Download DNC List page, where you can download the list(s), view the lead count and the last modified date.

• DNC List: The name of the DNC list.
• Last Modified: The last time when the DNC list was modified.
• Count: The total number of Phone Numbers in the DNC list.
• Actions: The actions available for the designated DNC list. If the list cannot be downloaded or deleted, the icons will be grayed out.

Import DNC

Aside from manually adding numbers to a DNC list, users can import multiple DNC numbers at once. Click on the 'Import DNC' button to add multiple DNC numbers by importing a CSV file with the numbers you want to add.

• Select DNC Type:

• System DNC: The DNC list will be uploaded to the whole system and apply for all campaigns.
• Campaign DNC: The DNC list will only be used for a specific campaign. If you have selected Campaign DNC, choose the campaign you want to associate with the DNC list. You can add as many campaigns as you need to.

• Choose File: Click on 'Choose file' to browse the file you want to import to DCDial.

You will see a confirmation message that describes the outcome of the DNC import and contains the following information:

• The number of records updated.
• The number of records added successfully.
• The number of invalid records found.

Search DNC

To search for a specific phone number in the entire DNC Database, type in the number in the box under the ‘Phone Number’ heading. You can also search in the specific DNC lists by selecting the list from the drop-down under the ‘DNC List’ heading.
