DCDial CoPilot: Send Email

Here’s how it works:

Accessing the Feature:

• Click on the 'Send Email' option from the main dashboard or Quick Actions menu.
  

Selecting a Contact:

• You can select a recipient for your email from your existing contact list. If the contact is not listed, you can add a new contact by clicking the 'Add New Contact' button.
  
• Alternatively, you can parse contacts from the current webpage by clicking “Show Page Contacts”. How does this work?
  
• Use the 'Search contacts' field to quickly find a specific contact.

Composing the Email:

• After selecting your contact, proceed to choose their email address from the drop-down menu or enter a new one. Any newly added email address will be automatically saved to the contact’s record for future correspondence.
  
• If you wish to use a predefined template, select one from the 'EMAIL TEMPLATE NAME' dropdown to save time and ensure consistency.
  
• Enter the subject of your email in the 'SUBJECT' field.
• Leverage the AI power: click on the ‘AI’ icon to take advantage of an AI-powered writing assistant.

Personalizing the Email:

• Use dynamic fields like 'Contact: First Name', 'Contact: Last Name', etc. to personalize emails with contact-specific information.
  
• The 'BODY' section is where you write your message or paste content from another source. This section also supports rich text formatting and embedding links, images, and attachments.

Preview and Send:

• Use the 'Preview' option to review your email and ensure all information is correct before sending.
  
• After reviewing, click 'Send' to dispatch the email to the selected contact.
