Send Email
Send individual emails directly from the internal portal.
Step 1. Click on the 'Payment' icon to access the internal payment portal. Once you have entered the Account ID or SSN, you will be presented with the following options:
- Process Payment
- Send Payment Link
- Create Payment Agreement
- Send Email
- Send SMS
Step 2. Select the 'Send Email' option.
You can customize and personalize the email content by inserting dynamic fields from the 'Markers' drop-down menu. To request payment or send a payment plan offer, insert a payment link or payment plan link from the 'Markers' correspondingly. Before sending an email, click on 'Preview Email' to review the final copy.
- Verify Address: Select the From Address that will be displayed in the email header.
- Please Note: You can send emails only from the verified email addresses. Click on 'Verify', and the system will send you an email with the verification link.
- To Address: Select the recipient's email address.
- Markers: Insert dynamic fields, and markers, to personalize the email. The markers are grouped into the following categories:
- Lead Details: These markers use the values for the lead details associated with the recipient's lead record in DCDial.
- Company Details: These markers use the values for the company details associated with the recipient's lead record in DCDial.
- User Details: These markers use the values for the user details associated with the sender's record in DCDial.
- General Details: This category includes markers for payment link, payment plan link, last and next payment date, and today's date.
The email will be delivered straight to your customer's inbox. With personalized emails, you can improve the click-through rate by 14%.
